As-built Marine VIM Models

We have recently undertaken reality capture "on the go" (with our laser scanning capabilities) in order to map and create a detailed VIM (BIM) model to provide a greater level of as-built information. 

This VIM (BIM) data is being used to guide remedial works on the engine casing, aimed at minimising noise and vibration in nearby cabins as briefed by the owner. 

This allows us to coordinate ship information as a live parametric model with the outfitters and consultants involved.
